We store your name, email address, phone number, date of birth and the payment references generated by your DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS transactions. Device identifiers and session timestamps are also logged to protect your account from unauthorised access.

Log into your account, go to Settings, then Privacy, and select 'Download My Data'. We will prepare a structured export and email it to your registered address within three working days of your request being submitted.

Yes. Submit a deletion request via the Privacy section in your account settings or by emailing our privacy contact. We will erase data that is not subject to mandatory retention under local law and confirm deletion by email once complete.

Payment references are shared only with the relevant payment processor — for example, DANA or GoPay — to complete your transaction. We do not share financial data with advertising networks or unrelated third parties under any circumstances.

Transaction records from DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS are kept for the minimum period required by Indonesian financial regulations. After that mandatory period, records are permanently deleted. The exact duration depends on local law.
